My FIFTH Album, from 2019 !! Here's what I wrote back then : "From The Canopy" was recorded on the top floor of a 150+ year old victorian, surrounded by tall trees and Wissahickon Schist. It represents a drastic shift of priorities, the settling of a chaotic mind, and ultimately ended up being a real raucous party for longtime legends like patience and care and growth. Some of my first and most memorable concert experiences were going to noise shows in Providence, where I grew up, and for this album I really embraced my deep love for those sounds while trying to stay true to the everyday lived in music I've been pursuing in my yearly album exercises. The songs are all written in the same manner, sung out loud while biking to work or walking around, but this time was the first time I have ever recorded somewhere that wasn't directly next to where I sleep. It was SO fun ! Saxophone by Karl Blau Backing Vocals by Nora Einbender-Luks $5
